What this site is

Gourmet Make (gourmetmake.com) is an independent cooking-guide website. It publishes practical, step-by-step articles that help home cooks get better results: knife skills, building flavor and seasoning, the Maillard reaction, emulsions, fermentation, plating, and how to write and present a recipe that other people can follow.

Gourmet Make is not a software platform or app. Earlier versions of this site described a recipe builder, nutrition calculator, meal planner, community accounts and workshops; none of those exist, and that wording has been removed.
